- Photographs:- One passport size.
- Mark sheets:- One sets of attested photocopies of 10th, 12th / Diploma Mark sheets, Leaving certificate.
- Affidavit:- Duly executed affidavit as given in the application form.

Admission form will NOT be accepted without properly filled affidavit and the requisite fees. |

Admission confirmation will be sent to the candidate by post or e mail. |
|
|
On receiving admission confirmation student has to pay the First Semester Tution Fee and Development Fund. |

For Boys : White full sleeves shirt, Navy blue trousers, black shoes & black socks. |

For Girls : Same as for boys. However, girls may opt for Navy blue salwar, white kurta with Navy blue dupatta & sandals. |
