Students admitted to the Institute will be governed by the rules & regulations of the Institute as laid down from time to time.
Students are responsible to the Principal/Director of the Institute for their conduct in the Institute and in public places.
Each student will have to obtain an identity card duly signed by the Principal/Director of the Institute at the beginning of each semester. The Identity card is to be displayed on person and must be presented whenever demanded by any faculty or staff of the Institute.
Students shall wear uniform as specified. Students will not be permitted in the Institute premises without uniform.
Smoking, Chewing of tobacco, gutka and other elements is strictly prohibited in the Institute and hostel premises.
Students shall be punctual and regular in attendance, both in theory and practical, and also in submission of term-work, project reports etc. For grant of terms a student should have at least 80% attendance separately in theory and practical.
All important Instructions, Notices will be displayed on the notice boards of the Institute. Students must develop the habit of regularly reading the notices/instructions put up on the notice boards. Failure to read notices will not be accepted as an excuse for non-compliance of instructions.
Any student leaving the Institute shall pay his yearly fees. If a student leaves the hostel before completion of two semesters, he shall pay the hostel fee for two semesters. No refund except caution deposit shall be admissible.
Students shall pay for repairs/replacement of the Institute property damaged or lost due to their carelessness.
Any change of address and/or telephone/mobile numbers, must be informed in writing to the Institute office.
Students shall behave in an orderly, disciplined and decent manner in the Institute campus, hostel premises and public places.
Students shall not indulge in any anti-national, anti-government, or anti-social activity, which will disturb the peace and harmony of the society. If a student is found to be involved in such activities, he/she will be immediately expelled from the Institute under intimation to law enforcement authorities.
In all matters pertaining to the Institute and students, the decision of the Director shall be final and shall be binding on the students.
Use of mobile phone in not permitted in the classroom and offices.
Each student shall be responsible for safeguarding his/her personal belongings/valuables in the hostel and in the Institute's campus. The Institute will not be responsible for loss or damage caused.
Hostel allotment will be done by the Institute on first come first serve basis. Requests for shifting from one hostel to another will not be entertained under any cirumstances.
Ragging in the hostels is strictly prohibited. Offenders will be rusticated and handed over to law & order enforcement authorities.
Students have to appear for Class Test Series, Mid-Term exams, Preliminary exams. Absenteeism will attract fine at the discretion of Management.
The admission of the student shall be deemed to be cancelled if he remains absent for 10 or more days without prior permission from the college. In such cases, the student's name will be struck off the roll. In case he wishes to continue his studies, admission fees will have to be paid again. He is liable to pay all the dues prevalent at the time of his applying for formal withdrawal from the institute, which is mandatory for final cancellation.
The original certificates/documents will remain with the institute till completion of the course or till the withdrawal formalities have been completed.
Management holds the right to amend the rules from time to time and the same will be applicable to all the students. Ignorance of the rules does not absolve the students from their liabilities.
Fees must be paid by the due date mentioned in the prospectus and as intimated through notices. It is the responsibility of the student/parents to ensure that fees are paid in time.
All students must fill the AeSI/IETE examination form through the Institute. Defaulters will be struck-off the roll of the Institute and will have to vacate the hostel.
